Chocolate Chip Cookies

It took be a long time to perfect this recipe and I'm so excited to share it with all of you to try!
Yield is about 16 cookies depending on the size and how much raw cookie dough you end up eating
207 grams cups cassava flour
200 grams brown coconut sugar
1/2 cup melted(but not too hot) coconut oil(you can sub room temp palm shortening, if you do, omit arrowroot or tapioca starch)
1 tablespoon arrowroot or tapioca flour
As many chocolate chips and or cocoa nibs as your heart desires

1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in a separate bowl and then combine. Scoop out dough on parchment lined baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart for 12 minutes.
