Toasted Coconut Cheesecake Bites


Ingredients: 1 cup toasted coconut butter 1 can additive free coconut milk 1/4 cup cocoa powder 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon unflavored pasture raised gelatin or agaragar if you're vegan

Warm coconut milk and coconut butter together in a skillet and until combined and then blend with all ingredients in a blender. Pour and refrigerate top with extra coconut flakes.

Toasted coconut butter recipe: Toast coconut flakes in skillet or oven and then blend on high until creamy butter forms.
